ASSEN DVTP Transformer Oil Reconditioning machine is portable maintenance equipment, it is a process the reduces, or in fact, eliminates all the physical contaminants from oils by means of physical processes such as oil filtration, de-humidification, and degasification. DVTP transformer oil purification process effectively removes all those particles that are larger than 0.1 micron as well as most of the dissolved water and gases in the oil.

Features and Technical Parameters:
i. The High Vacuum type oil treatment plant of capacity from 1800-18000 LPH are suitable for treatment of new oil and reconditioning of used oil in transformer and other oil filled equipment in order to achieve properties of treated oil within specified limits at the rated capacity.
ii. High standard vacuum filtration and dehydration machine shall efficiently remove moisture (free as well as dissolved), gases, dirt and oxidation products from mineral-based and synthetic, silicon oils and others.
iii. Enhance the value of breakdown voltage greatly. iv. The ZYD plant is work on low temperature, high vacuum principle.
v. The plant generally confirm to IS-6034-1989 and its latest revision or IEC international standards.
